Saturday Snaps

Another great idea by my new friend Naila Moon over at Just the Stuff Ya Know.  It's Saturday Snaps where we can share our photography. Naila picks a winning photo each week that she features on her blog.

Let's Play!

I love "themes" so for my first Saturday Snaps my theme is toys!

Last August I attended Fan Expo in Toronto, a massive convention for Comic, Sci-fi, Anime, Gaming and Horror fans.  This picture is of the Lego display they had there with several Lego creations.

These are the Star Wars inspired creations at the con, Yoda and R2D2.  Isn't it amazing what you can create with Lego?

This Warcraft (or is it Warhammer? I always get them mixed up) was created entirely with Megablocks. Cool!

This picture is a bonus image because I didn't take the picture.  My niece took the picture and arranged Ariel in the position she wanted.  She just got her own kids camera and has been excited to use it.  Who knows what she might capture that could appear here on my blog.

    I don't suppose you are a Dr. Who fan?

    Anyway, love the photos and glad you joined in the fun. I hope you will come back next week.

    Also, I love that you included a photo from your niece. I will link her photo too because she deserves a chance to get featured. How old is she?

    My Dad taught me the art of photography at 12 years old. I will blog about that sometime.

      I am a Dr. Who fan Naila in fact I reviewed a Dr Who novel on my blog. My niece just turned seven years old this January. I do hope to post more photo's next week.

    Very interesting, and I think your niece may become a photographer one day or maybe in fashion. :) Did you hear they're coming out with Star Wars VII. We have all the Star Wars DVDs. Hubby loves the movie. I'm hailing from Naila Moon's Sat. Snaps. Better late then never I always say. I like themes too.       I will participate thanks! I used to DJ and love music so coming up with songs based on a theme is fun and challenging for me! Thanks for stopping by.
